Rights are what 'the People' assert and exercise.
Those in power rarely 'willingly' allow the People to 'know' or exercise their 'Rights'. They will give the illusion you have them, express them in writing as a legal charter, then magically suspend them for some emergency or a temporary public good, trash their oath and the people's constitution, to do so.

This means they will grant you the 'Privilege' to have a 'Right'... No Authority; No Government can convert your 'Rights' in to 'Privileges'; it is unlawful to do so. As you are responsible for you, and those in your care, no one else is; as the 2020 Covid-19 event clearly showed with the harms caused not acknowledge or dismissed as not the cause.

Your 'in-a-lien-able Rights' were infringed and broke the trust between 'the People', Government and Authority, on multiple levels. Today the harms continue and have not been addressed or remedied, and plans are afoot to curtail any Privileges further, to something you must pay for... These People are not naive, but evil and must be removed from office and Prosecuted for manslaughter to murder, breaching their oath and infringing the Rights of others; Other's whom have died because of their nefarious acts!

If their plans are carried out, History has shown, civil disobedience will lead to rebellion and outright fighting; which appears is what 'the authories of the 2020s' desire, obviously to advance their evil plans, to prove that they need to control all, 'on who can do what', 'say what', 'when', and pay for the Privilege, if granted. You are lawfully entitled to resist!

Legal refers to 'Artificial Laws' created for 'Legal Fictions' operated by 'Living Men and Women'. A select group of people that apply those Laws to themselves, while under the 'legal fiction' and other people that also 'wilfully submit' to such authority, usually after 'full disclosure' of obligations, liabilities, as set out in Contracts, Statutes, Regulations, Case Laws...

Legal is not always Lawful, Parliament Legislation, (Statutes) and Court recorded findings, 'Case Law'; sets the intension of these declared 'Legal Rules', as 'Legal Laws', and from 'Legal Precedents' of past Court rulings.

i.e. Police raid witnesses, ignore perpetrators?
• Brought before a competent Court?
i.e. does the Court have authority to hear the case?
• Court to hear arguments, evidence, and reasons
  from the Defense and Prosecution?
i.e. Star Chambers and Legal trickery of dismissing valid evidence for National Security reasons.

However, more often 'Legal Laws' attached with costs, are also applied to the 'unaware', People who could not know or verify, if a new or ammended Law applies to them.

The Legal maxim: 'ignorance of the Law is no excuse' usually refers to those that are in 'the know' or suppose to know, as they signed up to follow the applicable rules.

The sheer number of Laws on the 'Law books' is daunting, and in some cases incomprehensible to understand and is seen as unfit, unfair or unjust. But Governments persist in their insatiable need for more control and Taxes, to fund evermore grandiose schemes, or fund undeclared Wars; against the People's wishes or knowledge. Secret Governments are not rational or under the rule of law!

Legal usually applies to 'Artificial', 'Inanimate', or 'Fictional' entities. 'Living Men and Women' operate these 'fictional entities' to achieve Governance, trade, commerce or business, to derive some exchange of value of a 'capital gain' nature, as profit, with Limiting liability to the value of the artificial entity's worth.

The Living are under simple 'Lawful Rules' as expressed on the 'Start Page', which are not codified to the nth degree like 'Legal Rules' are...

To ensure security and fairness 'Legal entities' should only deal with other 'Legal entities' according to the 'Legal Rules' layed out in the 'Legal Laws', as 'Legal Code', 'Legal Treaties' etc. as negotiated by Parliaments, whom set and revise the 'Legal Rules' as practiced for millennia, since before sumerian times.

When an 'artificial entity' deals directly with 'living entity' things can get unfair. To solve this 'unfairness', each living entity was secretly granted an artificial version of themself, at birth, since around 1666, to present day; but never told about it, and like a fantastic fantasy story dismissed. However there is truth in this story, that has important meanings and serious implications, that must be Lawfuly clarified...

Over time, your many identifying instruments as cards, licenses, or devices that represent you, are not the 'living you', but is your 'legal fictional' you; that has aquired through the acts of the 'living you'; as skills, inheritted or earned wealth, title, position and all being done through a 'legal fiction' that shares your name, and date of birth.

Your 'fictional you' can be made to undertake commerce, business, banking, takeout loans, pay bills, fines and taxation with the ever changing rules and regulations etc. as a Legal digital 'debt slave'. Physical slavery was abolished in 1834, under Queen Victoria's Rule...

This fictional entity that You unwitting operate as 'You', can be hi-jacked at random, physically or electronically at anytime, by anyone who knows enough about You, to be You. Your finger print, eye retina, things that are uniquely yours, once digitally recorded, can be copied and used any where electronic processes are used, with or without your knowledge.

Confused, it is designed that way, to extract currency from you, when your 'Fictional You' is open for business, nowadays that is 24/7 worldwide and can incurs costs, claims etc. When you 'adjoin' to your 'Fictional You', you agree to be liable for all that can be attributed to it. However, if you operate as a 'company You', your liability would be limited to the value of your company.

Under Lawful 'Common Law', the imposition of another's Will, still needs 'full disclosure' and 'Wilful consent', before any person can be subjugated. Adjoining to your 'Fictional You', is like a company 'director guarantee', it adjoins personal liability, to company debts, liabilities and obligations. Usually spelled out in contractual agreement(s), citing applicable 'Legal Laws' and e xpectations... When did your 'Lawful You' or 'Legal You', see and sign any contracts?

You are the Lawful 'Living' You, and the Legal 'Fictional You', but when are you one, or the other? Like most people you do not know and assume you are aways the 'Living You'. The 'fictional You' is a fantasy, that the Goverment of the day has created to manage You subtly; especially when you want things in Trade, Commerce and from Government, you need that fictional You. As a Bankcard, Medicare Card, Tax file Number, Employee Number etc. that someone else controls on your behalf?

Unless you have your own Legal 'Company' and on it's letter head, 'The Company' states it also 'trades' as 'You'{your name}, then a Government, Business and Courts for simplicity, adjoins you to your 'Fictional You'.

To Legally carry out Commerce, you register your business under 'Parliament's Will', as it has the People's authority via Constitutional contract for governing 'commerce and trade'. Therefore a few hundred of the 'people's Representatives' can imposed their collective Will as Laws, upon millions of the constituents; with little knowledge, awareness or understanding...

Usually the People have not asked their Representatives to introduce, ammend or present any Laws, yet each Party obtaining office, quickly tries to introduce, new Laws, repeal the last mob's Laws, or ammend to skew or limit any benefits etc. with plans to raid the public purse for pet projects.

Usually by 'Party Policy' that claims 'mandate' by winning the last election, no matter how narrow the margin, or how many promises made. That is not democracy, that is selective dictatorship for the elected period, it is unacceptable, and considered unlawful by many...

Are the Simple Rules observed and practiced by sentient, fallible, 'living Men and Women', with equity, remedy, and morals of 'right and wrong' as exercised in daily life.

Lawful is not always aligned with Legal, as there are so many, poorly written legal rules and some are deliberately made incomprehensible, to confound and confuse, to obfuscate the true nature for the rule, or the reason why it exists. If it is a 'Legal Rule' there is a good chance some trickery, deception or exemption can be claimed, buried in the clauses or appendices or cross referenced statutes...

People's Militia; self appointed 'Common Law Constables' defending against any authority overreach. Usually keeping the Peace at their home, work or wherever they are enjoying themselves as part of life.

Parliament's Police; nowadays 1st as Revenue Agents for the State, a distant 2nd, if at all, as 'Common Law Constables'.

The difference is misunderstood, unlawful, and done for financial gain, as extortion and enslavement of 'the People' by the State or Corporation acting for the State. The Living officers usually do not fully understand, when they operate their 'uniform' they stand under Parliament's Authority; Out of uniform, they may unknowingly be as powerful as Sovereign Civilians, but as the State grants Police special compensation, for their place in society, until Parliament (Political Interests) takes that away.

Then they find out they are just as dis-empowered, as other citizens; to be fleeced, tortured and treated badly! (Ref. Dictator Dan's time in Office, 2014-2023.)

From verbal and written Lore, believed to have existed since pri-mates co-operated to survive; hundreds of thousands of years ago. Imparted to all through first hand experience and observation as society continually develops with mutual understanding, respect and knowledge on how to survive in the real world. Through word of mouth, landmarks, dance, or sacred places, things or beings.

When the ability to conceptualise symbols as meaning, then as words for the educated, elitists, nobility, priests etc. and over many centuries of ongoing battles for all 'the People' to learn to read, to know the truth for themselves and comprehend the meanings, instead of being told.

Be it 'Physical Trespass' or 'Trespass of the mind' as Fraud, Lies, Deception... To enter another's 'safe space', land or property without forewarning, permission or good reason. The intention to trespass is important, ignorance is understandable, or to render assistance is appreciated and forgivable. To cause loss or harm, that is offensive and may be defended with proportional force. Customary brief 'meeting of the minds' with three warnings to leave, after which proportional force may be used.

Ancient Birthright, (quoted by Coke, 1604) that you are entitled to be safe and secure in your home, workplace, vehicle or other place you have a Right to be at.

If an intruder or anyone with clear intention to harm; the intended victims are entitled to use discretionary, flight or fight response. To use equal, proportional force, to defend themselves and protect those in their care.

As it is a Birthright, under 'Common Law' that aligns with 'Natural Law', to fend off agressors and trespassers, in order to restore your peace.

No Legislation or Court has the authority to take away your 'in-a-lien-able Rights' as they are inviolable, as only you can decide to suspend them, not others. Stand Your Ground!

To restore 'the Peace' when intellect or reason fails to calm, physical deflection or restraint of the agressor(s) or disruptor(s) maybe necessary. When the disruptor or aggressor is violent, discretionary equal measure of violence may be used. The overall aim is to always cause no (or minimal) harm, restore calm and therefore Peace. The term 'reasonable' force is emotive and unclear, as one person's reason, is another person's unresonable.

e.g. unlawful lockdowns. Vic. Police use of chemical spray and rubber bullets, on Peaceful Protests and Gatherings at the Shrine of Remembrance. In full riot gear, with support vehicles and in large numbers of Vic. Police, they were set to cause harm to all there.

State sanctioned violence are the actions of 'tyrants', when police turn up as thugs not Constables, you are lawfully allowed to resist, with equal discretionary force to defend yourself and those in your charge, as you try to 'escape the violence' or 'restore the Peace'. If harmed, you are entitled to seek remedy from the individual agressors and those that authorised such unreasonable action.
