Forming a People's Court of Law

A 'People's Court' are rare and very special; formed by 'the People', from 'the People', to examine what harm, if any, has been perpertrated by an accused, on another 'Living Man or Woman', not a fictional entity.
These can come about when the 'Government Courts' fail to up hold the 'Rule of Law', and a Public Court is formed to address the injustices and declare a verdict and punishment or remedy... Enforcement has always been a problem.
e.g. Recent Outrage: The Perpetrators of 'Robo-Debt', a Royal Commission found several government officials guilty, including the 'Prime Minister' at the time, but all identified wrong doers have walked, free and have been rewarded for the many deaths and harms caused. Which is an 'outrage' by decent 'law abiding' people and must be addressed by authorities.
Historical Outrage:
i.e. The Fabian Society Australia did a people's 'mock trial' as a 'roaming stage show', of an Australian Prime Minister,
for among many other bad things, taking Australia to a war in IRAQ, based on the UK & USA lies of 'weapons of mass
destruction'. In 2003 Australia's 'Office of National Assessments' said it was a lie, intelligence analyst Mr. Andrew Wilkie
resigned in disgust and became a politician, to try an redress the many wrongs the Government of the day was involved in.
The mock trial show was very popular and funny, the audience voted at each show and this 'mock trial' did put the 'wind up' a few authorities. In 2007 'The Trial of John Winston Howard' was available as a DVD and as a Book.
Present Outrages:
These examples and there are many, many more. i.e. Israel-Gaza, Ukraine-Russia, Afghanistan Wars; Covid-19, mRNA pharmaceuticals,
Net-zero carbon targets, Climate warming hoax, Weaponizing Weather with excessive rains by cloud seeding, or crop failure by
dimming the sky (sunlight block); by private and government aircraft, spraying poisonous chemical cocktails,
{reports of: nano-, graphite, aluminium, and strontium to mension a few} to form 'imitation' aircratft engine exhaust water condensation trails,
which should last several minutes, not several hours; especially when multiple aircraft fly in grid formation to dim the sky.
Aviation fuel is usally a blend of kerosene-naphtha, and kerosene-gasoline, formulated to a high purity for safety and performance.
All these unethical behaviors demonstrate how corrupt big business, law enforcement, the political and some of the world's legal systems are. There is no 'True Justice' in the Western, maybe the whole World. It is 'one set of rules for the masses', and no rules for those in Authority, or those with serious influence, deep pockets, with an ability to compromised authorities in high places. Murder is considered just another tool of the trade to ensure the elitists desired outcome. (e.g. USA-JFK, Banking...)
As 'Justice' must be done, not just 'seen to be done', or go through the motions and come up with a sham verdict with minimal or no real penalty, or remedy, for the harms done, or to victims of the wrongdoers, all now struggling to restore things as once they were.
Note: Public Records like wikipedia, can and are rewritten by 'Narrative Directors' of the day, to slant or remove the embarrassing, inconvenient truth. Always read anything with skepticism; if possible, seek directly from the Author, witness, or independant reporter and consider if there might be an alternate reason for the story displayed.
Main Stream Media has been compromised for several decades and today Mar 2026 it is much worse, they're paid actors to sprout bogus information and sadly they do not care if you know. As the 'psychopaths' are in charge, the 'sycophants' are at the wheel, and the people are asleep, or distracted, or gaslit that all is fine, nothing to see here. Have some more, refined poison, happy pills, most of you will be dead soon, and those not dead, will be broke, enslaved and replaced by 2030...
A 'People's Court' administered by elders and wise honorable people, with knowledge of the culture, customs and practises. As emotions can blind or taint fairness and justice, it must be tempered with, and based on rational, logical, verifiable facts.
Usually along the guidelines of a 'trial by jury' (not a 'jury trial'), people who seek to know the truth and nothing but the truth. From their investigation and examination of the accused, the victim(s) and the facts, make judgement, and if guilty, recommend action in accordance to 'Society Lore' and expectations.
The 'People's Court' would look at the 'alleged wrong doing', what harm has been caused and make a list of questions the accused must answer honestly in a timely manner; either 'in person' or clearly in 'writing'. Where more questions or charges, based on the facts and testimony can be researched, tested, challenged and the 'jury or court' can consider and make recommendations. Any dishonourable conduct by any participant would be punished, as would failure to answer any question honestly; which would be weighted by the Jury or Court accordingly.
The guilty would be expected to 'make good all harms' caused and considered a 'lesser equal' in society until 'all harms caused are remedied', wrongs 'made good' and the character of the guilty has improved.
Trying to get Justice, to find 'the truth' in this '3D realm' is challenging, as each soul has 'free Will' to lie, make-up, delude, mask, hide or be truthful about their knowledge of 'the event' being investigated. When harm to the living is done and remedy is sought, others of this '3D realm' will seek to attain the truth and advise corrective, redeemable actions expected of the accused, if found guilty.
Ultimately: At the end of each person's lifetime, what ever deity they believe in or Cosmic Power that guides the Universe; All will need to answer for their 'actions and in-actions' in this '3D realm'. Stripped of the ability to lie, or withhold information, the truth will be known and each is held accountable in the after life. May the souls of those that have passed and still seek remedy or revenge, have mercy on the souls of the corrupt: leaders, bankers, warmongers, and society authorities upon their passing.
Evidence: Interviews of people after a 'NDE' (Near Death Experience) most remember and report, a 'life review'. You are the witness of your own life and the interactions, outcomes and shortcomings encountered. The saying 'God knows' what you've done, is because 'you know' what you did, as all are part of the Cosmos or God.
You have 'Free Will' to believe in what ever you want,
but consider this:
The Cosmos has been around for a very long time and if you think nothing happens when you are dead;
Then what was you life about? what legacy did you leave? did you do good, or harm? did you leave the
world in a better state, than when you received it? Be honest at least to yourself, as you have an
eternity to consider it...
