Hiding true power within the ordinary, to avoid detection of manipulation and subjugation. The People are never taught what laws are what, somehow you are suppose to teach yourself as you go, which is usually used against you. Our elders, peers, and beliefs from ancient customs and birthrights give us our sense of 'right and wrong'. When applied to our civilisation, seem to be at odds with reality. As authorities and corporations do not appear to be held accountable as ordinary individuals are.
'The People's Parliament', a 'legal fiction' of 'dead entities', created and operated by 'living Men and Women' to assist in the 'administration of society' on the People's behalf. As 'fictions of law', Parliament must stand under, not over, the 'living Men and Women'; at 'Common Law' by agreement, known as a 'Constitution'; a legal contract, which specifies the limitations of 'Power of Authority' for the 'Crown' and 'Government'; granted by 'the People'.
In Constitutional documents;
If a power is not stated, then it is not allowed and requires a 'people's referendum'
to add, ammend, repeal, or grant.
Ignoring the 'Will of the people' can be seen as an 'Act of Treason' against the people;
punishable by confiscation of assets, and life imprisonment.
The 'High Court' has ruled: 'statutes in excess of power, can be ignored!' (Ref. HCA 14, (1942) 65 CLR 373, S.A. v Commonwealth, Judge(s): Latham CJ, Rich, Starke, McTiernan & Williams JJ.)
However most people would not know and comply; while the unconstitutional authority keeps quite (fraud by ommission) or intimidates those that do challenge; with threats of legal action, costs and possible prison time. (e.g. Your Council Rates Notice, see back page, legal challenges...)
When dealing with any 'Agent of Government' do not be afraid to ask where their 'Power of Authority' comes from, as most 'do not know', make it up, or are deceived by 'Government dogma'; Always request the 'Statute, Chapter and Verse'; then later look it up (online) does it apply to the 'living' or 'trade and commerce' or only at 'times of war', is it in excess of constitutional authority, as whoever asserts a claim, MUST prove!
Enforcing is the problem. Parliament can control it's 'enforcers' by salary and job prospects. The People's Parliamentary Servants mis-understand their roll; they can only serve, not command 'the people'. Authorities that break that 'Rule of Law' and dictate or mandate anything, loose authority and respect of the people; as 'prejudice, or harm befalls the people'; (e.g experimental 'GMO mRNA' gene-therapy forced on all as a vaccine, now excess deaths and those demanding answers are ignored, now seeking remedy in Courts.)
Perpetrators must be brought to justice!
As without the 'Rule of Law' there can be No Peace!
e.g. 2020's Dictator Dan of the A.L.P. for lockdowns and Murderous Morrison of the Liberals for
Robo Debts and both mandating harmful 'GMO mRNA gene-therapy' as 'safe & effective' Vaccines;
among other terrors, harms and atrocities performed by both and their many respective and
equally liable accomplices.
(i.e. 'RoBo Debt Royal commission' findings buried, the guilty quietly fade into obsecurity.

When no justice is seen to be done, there is No Justice and therefore No Peace!
Today & throughout history there have been times corporations, and authorities have abused, perverted, and ignored; the 'Rule of Law', especially by Big Business, the Crown, senior Bureaucrats and Politicians, not wanting to be accountable to the People or the 'Rule of Law'. Pay the small fine, return the stolen funds, resign and get a considerable payout...
Wanting or taking, control of the people's Dominion without thinking through on all the consequences to tragic, life shortening outcomes. (e.g. Murderous Morrison, PM and secret Minister of Many Ministries, unconstitutional or what? What was the 'Governor-General' thinking, this is normal practice, nothing untowards; a serious failure of his duty?)
Obviously 'elitists' just want 'control by force', 'coercion' or deception (fraud), instead of by consent and mutual respect. This is why Governments and Civilisations fail, pure delusion of their self importance and corruption of process at the top; by dishonorable people and no quick remedy to rectify their misconduct, deceit, duplicity or from observations an ability or Will to prosecute these wrong doers.
As Parliament can control it's 'enforcers', Police, Judges, Bureaucrats and Parliamentarians by salary and job prospects. Ignoring when it suits, 'the separation of powers'; 'Representives, Executive & Judiciary', meaning only 'the People' can restore the balance; farmers, workers, public, etc. can try 'letter to representitives', 'legal challenge', or 'vote out' at next election, or failing that, 'rise up' with 'civil disobedience', 'Protests', or 'withholding tax' or escalating to worse case 'force of arms' to remove those that wish to enslave, murder, or constrain all. (Ref. Lockdowns, false pandemics, 'GMO mRNA' as vaccines, Digital IDs, Net-Zero Carbon scam, 'own nothing & be happy'; dogmas that harm, disguised as safe, convenient, good for you.)
