'The Peace' is essentially 'living Men and Women' going about their 'lawful activities' in the 'Lawful Realm', freely without interference or restraint by, or to, another.

A 'Breach of the Peace', is an 'unlawful and also illegal' event, that 'the wronged' will always seek remedy to 'restore Peace', so trespass with care...

When Harm, a 'Breach of the Peace', or an 'alleged crime' has occurred; there 'must be a victim', with cross-examinable evidence to support the allegation, in order to establish the facts and the truth.

As the living can only deal with other 'living beings', not 'legal fictions', which can only be operated by the living; it is important to have the 'identity' of the 'living person(s)' that makes a claim in order to establish what 'Harms' were caused and what 'Remedy' can be applied; after a 'meeting of the minds', to make things as they were, or better.

Anonymous accuser(s) or 'legal fictions' making claims against the living is improper, impractical and considered unlawful. As without 'a name' of the living 'person, operator, or victim', how can a living entity seek remedy? As 'legal fictions' are dead entities and can not be: heard, harmed or operate by themselves.

Life developes to take advantage of the materials on offer, with positive and negative outcomes. When unhindered, organisms exercise their 'Free Will', to develop, explore, resist, experience and learn the truth about reality. 'All are equal' under 'Natural law' and all are eligible to thrive off the 'Natural Resources' provided by the Universe through what is known as 'Mother Nature'.

Is where-ever 'the people' establish a community to undertake their lawful business. To exchange, ideas, experiences, goods, services to pursue happiness, for all that wish to share a common goal, lifestyle, or community. As 'all are equal' under 'Natural Law' and all are eligible to have safe and clean; Land, Air, Food and Water' with 'shelter for protection from the elements for self and off spring. In all Dominions of Land, Sea or Space-time.

Your Ancient Rights can never be transferred, taken, sold, or given away. You always, at all times, retain your Rights, as they are your Birthrights of Freedom and Liberty. Individually you may suspend by choice but you can never lose, as these are inviolable. Others may trick, coerce, oppress or by force claim you have none, which is a 'Breach of the Peace' and you are entitled to resist, to use equal force, to maintain or restore your Rights and the Peace...

Are able to be independently checked or demonstrated to be true, accurate or justified. Not to just accept 'what is said to be', or 'what you are handed', but you are able to research without limitation, the source of claim(s) and evaluate for yourself, otherwise it is censorship.

Is to know all facts, they must be presented, shared and understood, by all parties intended. At all times or as soon as discovered, so all parties involved are informed and alerted. Correct action is to be taken, so not to 'Cause Harm, Loss or mis-information'. Failure to do so, may result in annulment, agreement(s) are void, because of lies or mis-judgement. As fraud by omission is 'deception of mind', whereby Remedy will be sought, in like or by kind, by all affected, in due time.

To submit to anyone else's Will, your ancient Birthrights require 'full Disclosure' of all information, at all times, as to why you should follow or do as instructured. As only you are responsible for you, and those in your care. Ultimately it must always be your decision; as it is your life, your time, your obligations that are being redirected to someone's elses Will; for what should be a 'Common Good' or better outcome for all involved. If not, do not; as your time and abilities are for your benefit and those that depend upon you.

For organisms to work together for the 'common good', to provide 'goods and services' or to suspend individual 'Rights' Willfully; there must be a consensus of ideas and expected outcomes. Full Disclosure must be made, at all times, so all parties have the same information and expectations. Failure to inform or by omission is 'inequity or deception of the minds', also known as fraud.

Anything done by fraud can not stand; as it is wrong, unlawful and there is no statute of limitations. In Law, fraud undoes all that it touches, making any Statutes, agreements 'null and void' or instinctively reversed to stop further harms.

As used by the common person and understanding of the words as found in a English Language Dictionary, like Oxford, Macquarie, Merriam-Webster; used in documents, correspondence and most agreements at the People's 'Common Law' level...

In the 'Legal System's Language', using english words spelled the same but may have another meaning, when based on a 'Legal Dictionary'. Agreement(s), Statutes, etc. maybe based on 'Legalese', which looks like 'Plain English' to the 'lay person' but the words maybe emphasise, capitalize or plain 'as defined' by a 'Legal Dictionary'; like Blacks, Orans, Halsbury, Oxford and many more.

Hopefully language used is noted somewhere in the text. Legalese is basically trickery to deceive parties, citing conditions that transfer losses to one party and gains to the other. Clever clauses that put the onus on the other party to ensure their claims and exemptions appear valid but may not be.

That is why legal documents are long and wordly, written in blocks of cluttered text or with lots of cross references to subclauses, inclusions, exclusions, exemptions etc. To make it hard to read and follow, so you miss clauses detrimental to your position or messy to defend or assert your rights under the document...

Always check what dictionary is referenced or make it known you assume it is all in 'Plain English'. Once rebutted and unless trained in the dialect of 'Legalese' used, you are best to say 'I do not understand' and 'Reserve all my Rights'. As it is a specialist's language with many dialects to reflect different legal disciplines. Knowable but will take time to fully comprehend... In Courts and places of Legal commerce, it is assumed persons present are aware that Legal Definitions are in use, as well as 'Plain English' albeit at a higher social class than common folk.

Presumptions 'are legal trickery', by assumed positions or understood conditions or by a reasonable belief, that 'maybe' true, unless refuted or claimed as a falsehood. Understandable for efficiency the 'Legal System' in a 'Court' will assume default 'legal positions' for everyone in the proceedings, in order to speed up the proceedings, instead of establishing the actual position, the FACTS of each party.

Unless legally trained, always state you reserve 'Your Rights' and rebutt 'all presumptions', as default positions differ depending upon the 'legal discipline' engaged.
e.g. 12 Presumptions of Court, there maybe more.

Always ask a professional for advice, then research yourself, the Statutes, Acts, the Law, before going to any court to be fully aware and prepared. Blindly trusting your legal representative knows all is folly, as you are the one, the 'Legal System' will seek recompense from, not your legal representative.

Something that should happen to avoid going to any court, is mediation, to address all and each disputed claim, and consider cost to assert or defend the claims... As when the matter goes to a Court, judge(s) are there as adjudicator, to hear all sides present their 'legal evidence' to each other and rebutt or explain each position of claim, of loss, harm or injury. Judges then apply their knowledge of the 'Legal System' in your presented case.

Be mindful the received advice, maybe flawed or bias towards the 'Legal System' and not in the best interest of the accused or injured parties. The 'Legal System' is run by an exclusive club of professionals, trained and experienced in 'legal trickery', since and maybe before 'Roman Times'. You are in 'their playground' with 'their rules', Legality does not have to follow Reality, (Aust. Robo-Debt is an example of that), but 'Legal Law' should adhere to Statutes and Past Rulings, if or when mentioned in a Court. Know your Rights, History and how or when to apply, remember it is a lucrative game to the Legal Profession.

As the Lawful 'Living Man or Woman' (Natural Person).
You are the 'Operator of', or 'Agent for', as well as the 'Beneficiary and Executor of', your estate and all Legal 'fictions' that form part of your estate. Those entities that are assigned to you, as well as those occupied by you.
i.e. employee, volunteer, driver, business owner, citizen etc.

This 'Legal You', a fiction based on 'your name' and 'birthdate', created by and therefore belongs to, the Nation State (Government), used as a way in their 'legal system' to record your dealings (in a database or databases) with the Nation State (Government) and is also a way to allocate a share of the Country's wealth or liability to you; but rarely does or lets you know about such. Sometimes refered to as 'Cestui Que Trust' a french expression used in english to mean loosely 'beneficiary of a trust'.

The 'Legal You' is usually setup as a default 'Trust', at birth, or when you migrated (transferred) to the country of residency. The 'Legal You', allows the 'living you' to participate in the 'legal realm' with other legal entities of 'Commerce and Trade' without limitation on how many you are involved with.

The very thing that lawful 'living Men and Women' empower the legal fiction, known as Parliament (Government), to have authority over in the 'People's Name' and for the benefit of all the people, to ensure fair and honest dealings.

Note: Government Authority is over the (Public) 'Legal You', NOT, over the (Private) 'Lawful You'.

You could register 'your name' as a 'Sole Trader' or 'Company' or as another Trust. Which is just another entry in their 'legal' database, assigned to your 'Legal You'.

To operate in the Lawful (Private) realm, it is best to be in both systems (lawful & legal) and use each when it suits your needs. Minimal exposure and a 'well structured', 'Legal You', to negate any of their 'legal trickery' in their legal database and operations (i.e. to the letter of their legal law).

Lawfully Private means just that, 'Private', only the parties involved need to know; not any outside interlopers. All should follow the simple set of 'Lawful Common Laws'; (i.e. Always be in honour, sadly their 'legal system realm' rarely is, it is inconsistance and costly to navigate.)

Under this default Trust: A Court / Government / State, is always the 'Grantor, Settlor or Trustor', as the Government created the 'Trust', in the 'Birth-Certificate Name', usually all in capital letters, that shares your 'Name' and 'Date of Birth' (D.o.B), but is not the 'living you'.

Your 'Birth-Certificate' might state:
This certificate can not be used as an 'identification document', because it is not really you. It is a registration of an 'entity' that shares 'your name and D.o.B', nothing on that or any certificate can identify the 'Living You'.

A 'Drivers License', or Passport is no better with a Picture, how does anyone prove that you are that pictured you? It might match your physical appearance today, or some years ago; the trust that the creator of the physical or electronic document has done the recording honestly, accurately, verifiability is assumed but is it true?

Governments and Big Business are known to get it wrong, corrupt their databases and misspell or misassign data. They are both busy collecting data For your safety or convenience maybe, to exploit gems of opportunity, wealth, control, and manipulation is more likely.

i.e. Digitial ID? equally flawed, still can not prove the 'living', is who they say they are. Any hardcopy or electronic data, can be copied, manipulated and falsified, intentionally or inadvertently. Only the 'living' can express they are, who they say they are; but no one in the Universe can varify that they are, who they say they are. Inside their head if they beleive they are who they say they are, you can not prove otherwise. Although at this point you would accept that they are, or they seriously beleive they are. Follows on from good spy training of Agents, to fool a lie detector, beleive the lie.

Your spirit and body are your passport, your ID, the vehicle or temple you reside in, and take everywhere in the 3D realm. It to can be copied, mimicked, imitated with some effort, so nothing is absolute.

This default Trust, that you have either never been consulted or fully advised of, is a 'Government Created Fiction'.
What it means for you, what are the terms of the 'Trust Deed', or whom should be contacted for details or corrections or clarifications; is all unknown, only speculated by the occasional glimps of the odd financial dealings hinting at its existance.

When officially confirmed, this could be seen as 'fraud by omission', certainly by neglect, and is used against you when the 'Nation State' seeks control over you or wants money from you. {Colloquially known as a 'Strawman', to discredit inquiry in to this real 'fictional entity' of dubious origions.}

_{If (when) the 'U.N.' the 'elitists' (e.g. WEF, BIS, IMF, etc.) and the Bankers, get control over all Goverments, it should be used as a way of assigning, 'your share' of planetary resources and royalities. But like Nation State (Government), it wont be, and will be used against you somehow.
Remember: The planet is 'on loan' from the future generations, to everyone, really everything, on and in the Planet; All must be shared equally, for all to survive and the Planet's condition left as found or improved without any degradation anywhere. I'm a dreamer...}

There is only three parties to a 'Trust':

1. 'Grantor' (or Settlor, Creator of the Trust)
2. 'Beneficiary' (the Living You)
3. 'Trustee' (Administers the Trust).

In a 'Revocable' Trust, the Grantor can change things.
In a 'Irrevocable' Trust, nothing can be changed, Trustee has full Control and must execute their 'fiduciary duties' diligently for the Beneficiary, as specified in the 'Trust Deed Document', failure to do so, can lead to removal by a Court, with compensation from the Trustee(s) upon conviction or removal.

If the Beneficiary of the Trust is deceased, (all legal fictions are already 'dead entities'); someone can be appointed as an 'Executor/Trustee' of the Beneficiary's estate. The Executor collects all assets and pays all debts, once done the 'Executor' can now become a 'Trustee', to hold and distribute proceeds or lodge into another Trust, per the deceased Will.

You are not an 'Executor De Son Tort', this is from the french (Norman Law?) and means, interfering with the administration or you have assumed the unoccupied 'office of executor' without legal permission.

Being alive, and beneficiary of your 'Legal fiction', you can lawfully assign permission by affidavit, {a written statement of honest belief, to be true, that needs to also state/rebutt a few other related presumptions}, to permit either yourself or 'another entity' to act as Executor/Trustee. You would only assign to a 'another entity' for financial protection.

Never assign to the Judge or Court, as they are already the 'Settlor' and will try to appoint themselves as Trustee, and make you liable and responsible for all torts, as 'trustee in construct'; which is another twisted legal mess.

However once you claim by affidavit, any challenge must also be in writing, dated and notarised earlier than your affidavit (as truth in commerce), to establish who is the true executor of the disputed Trust of the deceased 'Legal fiction'.

'Trustee De Son Tort', a person owing 'fiduciary duties' by a 'course of conduct', that amounts to a wrong, also known as a tort. That your legal 'fiction' is accused of, or has commited such. Unless you agree to have knowingly commited or admit to a wrong, while operating your 'legal fiction', you should not join (joinder), the Lawful 'Living You' with the Legal 'Fictional You'. As whomever accuses, must prove, beyond doubt. It is a little bit harder for a Court to fine or incarcerate the fictional you, but jails are full of them.

'Remedy.' When Harm, Loss or Fraud has occurred all injured parties, usually seek remedy to compensate for loss or relief from hardship endured; from those that caused such knowingly or should have known. Remedy is to make good any loss, harm or undesirable situation better.

To thrive and maintain 'the peace', all must be allowed to communicate without fear or prejudice on any and all ideas or stories that allows inquiring minds to explore possibilities and reject falsehoods.

For without 'free exchange' of 'good and bad' ideas, harms will occur and remedies must be sought; suppression is abhorrent to 'Natural Law' and Nature will overcome or extinguish organism(s) causing suppression. Our recent history, ancient civilizations and fossel records are replete with stagnated epochs and retrograde progress.
i.e. The Dark Ages: 500 - 1500 AD, new Dark Ages: 2020 - today? Brought about thoughout human history by Monarchs, Bankers and Elites, enslaving the masses with debt, control by ignorance, superstition, war and pestilence.

'Double speak' does cause harm, it is a 'trespass of the mind', a deception or trickery, a play on 'spoken words' to convince 'the People' on some supposedly important issue(s) or offers to better everyone's lives.

In 2026 rarely is it true, the speaker may honestly believe what is said, because they have been misled, or deceived. While others know they are deliberately lying for a 'greater good', in their mind. Career Politicians have crafted this skill, as a way to obtain or maintain power and cushy paying jobs; knowing their colleagues of 'all sides' in 'the game' will assist or cover. It is only when they do not, you see the 'childish antics' and 'unfittness for office'.

Their 'Party System' puts these candidates there as useful idiots, to pervert the 'Will of the People', and raid or maintain access to 'national resources' for themselves and vested interests, who reward the party, or are rewarded from the Public Purse. Hiding behind the 'Public Service', with secret 'Government Business', Private Public Partnerships, or other clandestine measures.

Their marketing message 'Parliament is Sovereign' above all is false. That legislation being pushed, that only Politicians should be the 'sole source' of Facts, Truth, or Reality, if not so serious, would be laughable; enforcing they are 'not fit to serve'.

Government is suppose to be 'open', so 'the People' can see, know, and reflect upon what is 'done in their name'. Seek their representatives explanation or removal, but only at re-election time is unacceptable as corruption is blatantly rife. A lot of Politicians are failed or ex business people, ex lawyers, ex union officials, career political student hacks, all put up for election by unconstitutional 'Party Machines' based on 'ideological manifesto' to impose on all when in Government.

Everything is 'Cosmic Energy' that condenses and transmogrifies over time, into other forms of matter, as inanimate and animate materials with 'Cosmic Spirit'.

The Cosmos is all that there is, ever was; or will ever be. You are part of the Cosmos, always have been, always will be. As each is a way for the Cosmos to know itself.

No part is any less or more, than any other part; essentially 'all are equal', 'all are one' and each with their 'Unique Cosmic Spirit' is exploring reality and themselves in their own way.

Penned in the 20th century, 1927, a short poem called Desiderata, expressing insight and wisdom, on how 'all' should be, to each other, and to self. It is worth reading.

Through life experiences, each 'Unique Spirit' or 'Soul', exercises their 'Free Will' on this 'Journey of Self Discovery' to find purpose; to recognize characteristics, flaws, virtues, weakness and strengths. To acknowledge or hide, these attributes from self or others, to explore personality traints, to develop, resist or improve, as each Soul is enriched when interacting with mutual benefit with others of the Cosmos.

Everyone, everything is unique, embrace all with equal reverence, admire each in what they do, say or show. Be cautious towards self preservation or especially self loathing. If you 'hate' yourself, anyone, or anything, ask yourself why? As Hate is 'Negative' energy, focused or directed at an object of intense dislike solves nothing.

If you do not love yourself, you can not ask others to. They still may, but as pity, as you do not understand that 'hate' towards anyone, or anything, can only hurt you first, as that negative energy is within you, slowly manifesting into something else before expressing outwardly. Only You can change or heal yourself, others can only ever assist, direct or guide and in the final analysis it is education, to know and understand.

Consider:
When you hurt yourself, you hopefully learn not to do that again. When something hurts you, or vice versa, unintentionally, you remedy and forgive. When you are something else's meal, you Intentionally flee, or defend, with accelerated defensive force to overcome the agressor; or vice versa if you are the preditor...

If death occurs the Universe or Cosmos is indifferent, as it has only hurt or killed part of itself. That part may restore itself, or ceased to be that thing, and transmogrify into something else, animate or inanimate. For the Universe or Cosmos, it maybe a new experience or a recurring one, that it encounters from each animate, and maybe from inanimate materials.

The Cosmos is very old, on a much grander scale, with deeper understanding of everything and what the true purpose of being is. The 'Cosmic Spirit' inhabits all things and 'Free Will' permits each 'life form' to explore self, other Cosmic Selves, animate and inanimate.

As Humans are sentient beings, with short life spans and several senses to interpret and perceived reality; we are still learning and drawing conclusions based on the limited collective observations. At some point in your life, you might figure out, you are more than just your body, maybe through dreams, observation of death, or event premonitions like 'deja-vu'. People who have had a 'NDE' (Near Death Experience) remember nothing, or great details, and others note a change in their personality and beliefs or an awakening of self.

Thinking out loud:
Our 'thinking sentient collective' applys 'Legal' Punitive Punishment on others, when 'legal' (not lawful) laws are broken; with loss of freedom, confiscation of assets, or seizure of financial gains. This rarely remedies the victim(s) as the 'State' claims 'the spoils' on behalf of 'all', under the guise of redistribution or recompense to victims, but rarely directly to victims affected.

Really Bad Corrupt People need to be restrained, re-educated and allowed to show true ongoing reform or if they fail that opportunity 'returned them to cosmic source'...

Punishment may be lawful but equates to punishing the 'Cosmic Self', for hurting the 'Cosmic self'. This is retrogressive action, as what is needed is understanding and healing of that piece of the 'Cosmic Self'; not cause more harm or hurt. The transgressor needs to make direct restitution to their victims as atonement.

However some Beings, just do not get 'what they are', or 'why they are here' and their removal from the Gene pool maybe necessary. Shortening their time in '3D reality' and back to the 'Cosmic Source' to explain, experience and resolve their wrongdoings, in this life and on those it was perpertrated. May the wronged have mercy on your soul.

'Good' and 'Evil' are 'two ends' of the same object, as each 'Being' has 'free Will' to decide, at each interaction with other expressions of the 'Cosmic Self', to be 'Good' or 'Evil'; towards self or others. The shades of grey between the two extremes is part of 'self discovery' and this changes over time and with each experience. Good-Evil, Excellent-Bad, Love-Hate are all emotions of Cosmic Spirit.

To stay 'Evil', angry, hateful, requires a lot of 'negative emotional' energy. To be angry at others or with 'yourself' (as Cosmic Spirit) is self destructive, and disruptive to all others around. Hence why most will naturally create distance, or a barrier, until the 'disturbed' has restored balance.

This is all part of 'Common Law' which aligns with 'Natural Law' as 'Harms should not occur', but will occur intentionally and unintentionally; when they do, remedy as soon as possible to restore things as it once were, if possible. If not, a 'meeting of the minds' to work out a remedy for best solution.

Whever Possible stay out of 'Legal Courts' as these are usually not the best solution for any party. Conciliation ('meeting of the minds' with a neutral arbitrator) to de-emotionalize claims and perceived harms, losses etc. to help all parties reach resolution.
