When you search for information on how 'Parliament Functions' or 'inter acts with other levels of Government' you come across some very pretty websites and fluffy pieces of facts. Facts that do not include all the data, or the links point to the wrong page, '404 Page not found' or 'broken link'...

The Pollies and Bureaucrats have been busy trying to layout who does what, when, where, and why.
They even reference the Constitution as they should, but misrepresent select functions, structures
and neglect or omit our inherited rights from the UK.
They also mis-represent where 'the people' fit into the process; ref: 'Policy to LAW'. People are the Authority, '3 tiers' of Government is inaccurate, 'Bill to Law' is over simplified. Acts of Parliament are just that, Acts, not LAW; Why are they not called 'Law' upon royal assent?; another deliberate omission of facts and a Deception of how things really work... This is the 2 sided mono-party system efforts to make themselves sovereign over all, when it is they that should be subservant...
The Governor General role is more than what is stated. Omission of facts is a form of fraud, anything done by fraud invalidates whatever it touches. Governments over decades have 'outright lied' which is fraud and malfeasant in office. The peole have every right to lampoon and disobey leaders that lie.

'Commonwealth of Australia', has the power to raise money, not the Australian Government.
Q. Legally who is the Australian Government?
Q. Why change from 'Commonwealth of Australia'?
Q. When and by what process did 'Commonwealth of Australia' become the 'Australian Government'?
Q. Is the 'Australian Government' an incorporated entity or a true Government entity?
Q. If it is corporate does that make it just another company and subject to company rules, obligations etc.?
i.e. Local Government - is not a Constitutionally Reconised Entity and the 1988 referedum,
the people rejected such. For a Local Government 'authority to raise money', Constitutionally
that is a State Power;
Q. Where does Local Goverment get its 'Power of Authority' to raise money?
Q. What limits any level of Government from raising money beyond the pople's ability to pay?
Q. Are the people subservant to Parliament?
N. Political Parties are not mentioned in the Constitution, only representives of the people from electorates.
N. Section 34 only requires a candidate be a natural person, 21+ y.o subject of the Queen...

'The Deception'
You will find as you read 'Constitutions' and look carefully at 'Department Letter heads' that alot of
'Government Departments' funded by 'the people' as their 'public servants', are outsourced to a
'Corporate Entity' that masquerades as the 'Government Department' and maybe for profit or not,
but operates legally like any other business corporation, 'contract to contract' and staff are
'not public servants' but 'revenue agents' for the corporation that employs them.
Obligations are Contractual, verbal or written and You must be aware what entity you are dealing
with and if you are entering into a contract with them; tricky when the staff may not know themselves.
